Great job gang! Just a quick reminder, sometimes life gets in the way and we are unable to be as consistent with our training as we would like. That being said, never be too proud to scale the workouts. Safety first, put your ego aside and slow down and make sure your technique is solid, scale the weight, or scale the rounds. If you are not sure ask a coach! Always be safe! Thanks!
